About Us:

  • Netsales & Arts, Inc. dba World Digital Innovations (WDI) was founded in 1996 and incorporated in January 2000 by Keith and Karen Mathis
  • The dba was added in April 2006. Keith and Karen Mathis currently own 100% of the corporation. No outside capital has been used to fund the operations of the enterprise.
  • The enterprise was founded to service corporate, education, financial services, health care and government clients with needs in computer technology. WDI provides comprehensive Information Technology and Audio Visual solutions to Fortune 100, Fortune 300, Fortune 1000, Small to Medium Enterprises; contractors, retail and wholesale markets.
  • Keith Mathis and WDI has a broad range of commercial, military and government customers and projects including Sempra Energy, Frito-Lay, Westfield Malls, Disney, California Community Colleges, SPAWAR, China Lake Naval Weapons Station, City of Inglewood, City of Oakland, Duke Energy, San Diego Workforce Partnership, Taylor Made/Adidas Golf. The business has grown steadily since it was opened (For example from 2007 to 2010 sales have grown at an average rate of 40 percent). Though small, the company has demonstrated the ability to successfully provide large scale projects, products, and services to Fortune 100 and Fortune 300 companies.
  • With a world-wide personal network of CEOs and Engineers, Keith Mathis has gotten WDI involved with projects utilizing leading edge technology such as the newest battery technology yet to be on the market. With 25 years of experience, he has developed industry contacts and has a reputation to integrate the impossible.
